From Route 270
Take Exit 8 ( Shady Grove Rd.), East. Approximately 4 lights down, turn right on South Frederick Avenue. Take your first right into the small shopping plaza.
From Route 355 (Rockville)
Go north on Rte. 355 (Rockville Pike). At the intersection of Shady Grove Road & Rte. 355 (So. Frederick Ave.) make a U-turn. Take your first right into the small shopping plaza.
From Route 355 (Gaithersburg)
Go through the intersection of Shady Grove Road & Rte. 355 (So. Frederick Ave.). Take your first right into the small shopping plaza.

Take the red line to Shady Grove Metro Station. Take Ride On bus #55 or #59 to the intersection of Shady Grove Road & South Frederick Avenue (Rte. 355). Walk to the professional building in the small shopping plaza.
